Never put your cake or cupcakes into a hot car. Although C'est Muah Cupcakes started in Cairo and our team is accustomed to the heat, our baked goods are NOT! If exposed to high temperatures, our cakes will experience bubbling and the frosting will slide off. Always keep our products at a temperature of 23 degrees or below. We recommend taking them out 30 minutes prior to serving. We do not recommend refrigerating most flavors of our cakes and cupcakes as they harden and you won't have the wonderfully delicious C'est Muah experience that you’ve come to expect and we want to deliver. For those cupcakes and cakes that need to be refrigerated, please keep them in your home refrigerator until 20 minutes before serving. These refrigerated products include our cream cheese, guava cream cheese, cappuccino, lemon, strawberry, banana, tuxedo, bostn cream and cafe conleche cupcakes and cakes.

We do. We can create a unique and beautiful cupcake or macaron tree display, and/or a traditional cake, for your wedding or other special event.

One standard size cupcake is equivalent to approximately 2-3 mini cupcakes.

Most of our cupcakes are nut free, except reuse’s, nutella, chocolate peanut butter dulce, scones, coffee cake and peanut butter and jelly. WE ARE NOT A NUT FREE FACILITY, BUT WE ARE VERY CAREFUL TO SEPARATE GOODS THAT CONTAIN NUTS FROM OUR OTHER PRODUCTS.

Yes. We have a selection of both. Our gluten free flavors are chocolate and vanilla, which can be frosted with any of our frostings and toppings, except for cookie butter, reuse’s crumbles and chocolate chip cookies.

Unfortunately, we do not prepare product that are diabetic or kosher friendly product.

Seasonal flavors are made at our discretion and are not available for special order unless they are currently selling at our stores.

We will do our best to match the color of your choosing for an additional charge of 150 L.E. We can make any of the frosting colors on the color chart. For more than 5 colors, there is an additional 70 L.E. charge.

There are certain cupcakes that work well for limited amounts of customization, and certain ones that really look best just the way we prepare them each day. Customization is a cost of 4 L.E. per standard sized cupcake or 2.5 L.E. per mini cupcake. Ask us about sprinkles or tinted buttercream to match your event’s theme, which can be done without additional charge. We can also tie in your event’s colors by changing up the cupcake liner to match (on orders of 2 dozen or more), based on availability of color, etc. Orders requiring any customization require at least 28 hours advance notice, and sometimes we just aren’t able to customize on busily-booked days. (We just want to give your cupcakes and everyone else’s as much care and attention as possible!).

By registering for and participating in the C'est Muah KISSES promotional programme you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). You may not participate in the KISSES programme unless you understand and agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to your participation in the C'est Muah KISSES promotional programme ("KISSES") which is operated by C'est Muah®. ("C'est Muah") in Arab Republic of Egypt. These Terms do not alter the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with C'est Muah for products, services, or other programs.

C'est Muah KISSES is a loyalty programme designed to thank guests for patronizing our business. Members of KISSES programme are able to (1) earn and accumulate points ("Points") by making qualified purchases of eligible menu items during an in-person or online visit (including C'est Muah Website and C'est Muah App). Excludes orders through a third-party website) that can be redeemed for certain menu items, and (2) earn status levels ("Levels") based on accumulative points during a calendar year that make members eligible for certain rewards.

Programme Changes

C'est Muah reserves the right to change these Terms or to eliminate C'est Muah KISSES at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon either (i) posting the revisions to www.cestmuah.com or (ii) notice to you via email to the email address you provide when registering for the programme.

Eligibility

To participate in KISSES programme you must be a resident of Egypt and 16 years old. C'est Muah KISSES is not targeted towards or intended for use by minors.

Privacy

Please read the C'est Muah's Privacy Policy at https://www.cestmuah.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, to understand how C'est Muah collects, uses, and discloses information about guests, including through C'est Muah, and how to update or change your personal information and how we communicate with you.

Registration

There are four (4) ways to register 1) Through the C'est Muah Website – to register , go to www.cestmuah.com/kisses and complete the online registration form. 2) C'est Muah Local – to register, go to https://order.cestmuah.com , click ‘Login’, then click, ‘Register for KISSES’ and complete online registration form. 3) C'est Muah App – to register download the C'est Muah App (links to iOs and Android), click ‘Sign Up with Email’, and complete app registration form. 4) In-bakery upon checkout – to sign up, give the associate your phone number and they will send you a text to your phone. When you receive the text message, response with your email address to finish registering.

The registration process will require you provide your first name, phone number, email address, date of birth (mm/dd/yy), user name, and a password. You may register for and use only one C'est Muah KISSES account. No membership card is required. You can reset your account password by following the instructions on the login page at cestmuah.com/kisses. If at any time you believe the Points, Rewards, or status Level showing in your account is inaccurate, please email us at info@cestmuah.com or contact the C'est Muah KISSES Team at 0127 887 8875.

Points

After you register, you will earn Points for qualified purchases (see list below). You cannot earn Points for purchases made or orders placed prior to registration. Points will be credited to your account ("Point Bank") 24 hours after your eligible purchase. You will earn Points for both in-bakery and online orders (C'est Muah Website and C'est Muah App; excludes National Shipping orders), and Rewards may only be redeemed in in-bakery, C'est Muah Website or C'est Muah App. Printed copy of your receipt or online order number required. Purchases made with complimentary codes, donation codes, and discount codes, and purchases for National Shipping or through a third-party website are not eligible for Points. Each eligible menu item purchase earns you 5 points for every pound (1 L.E.) you spend.

Refer A Friend

When you refer a friend to the C'est Muah KISSES programme, you will be eligible for one-hundred (100) Points. To refer a friend, log in to your C'est Muah KISSES account online and visit "Spread the Word" followed by "Send Referrals" or via the app visit "Refer a Friend." To receive referral Points, your friend must (1) register for C'est Muah KISSES by following the link provide in your referring email, (2) make a purchase of 20 EGP or more. Your referral Points will be credited to your Point Bank 24 hours after your friend makes the qualified purchase. You will not earn Points for referring friends who are already registered for C'est Muah KISSES or who have already been referred by other C'est Muah KISSES members.

Points Accrual, Reward Expiration, and Exclusions

Points will be credited to your Point Bank approximately 24 hours after your Points-eligible purchase for purchases other than pre-orders and onsite private events. For pre-orders and onsite private events, points will be credited to your Point Bank approximately 7 days after an order is fulfilled. Accordingly, if you make a purchase eligible for Points on one day, you will not be able to use those Points until at least the following day or, in the case of pre-orders, the following week. Regardless of your Level, once you earn 300 Points, those Points will be automatically converted to one reward ("Reward") in your account ("Reward Bank"). You can redeem your Reward for one free eligible food item, within 30 days after you have earned that Reward. After 30 days the Reward will expire and will no longer appear in your Reward Bank. Neither Points nor Rewards may be combined with other offers or promotions. Menu items eligible for Reward redemption may change from time to time. For menu items currently eligible for Reward redemption, see Terms & Conditions. Gift cards and National Shipping purchases are excluded from the programme and are not eligible for Reward redemption. Once you redeem your Reward, your Reward Bank will reset and that Reward will no longer appear in your Reward Bank. Purchases made prior to your registration for C'est Muah KISSES will not be eligible for Points or Rewards. Although you can earn Points from qualified online orders, you may only redeem Rewards in person at C'est Muah bakery, C'est Muah Website, and C'est Muah App. Rewards may not be redeemed at National Shipping Orders. To redeem your reward in-bakery, provide your C'est Muah KISSES number to your cashier when placing your order. To redeem your reward on C'est Muah NOW or C'est Muah App, select the reward you want to use at checkout.

Levels

Upon successful registration for C'est Muah KISSES, you will automatically be enrolled at Taster Level. If you make qualified purchases of 2000 L.E. (January 1 – December 31), you will be eligible for Fan Level. If you make qualified purchases of 5000 L.E. in the current calendar year, you will be eligible for Lover Level. The Level you achieve counts for the remainder of that calendar year AND the entire next calendar year until December 31. For example if you achieve Lover Level on November 1, 2020, you can enjoy Lover Level status from November 2, 2020 through December 31, 2021. Your status resets to Taster Level on January 1 after your first full year, if the programme is still active.

Your Level makes you eligible for the rewards listed below. Note that some rewards have limitations and expirations. You must be registered for the C'est Muah KISSES programme for at least seven days before you are eligible for birthday-based KISSES. From time to time C'est Muah may add rewards in addition to those listed below. Check your C'est Muah KISSES account and emails from C'est Muah to see if you are eligible for additional rewards.

Prize Draw Competition

You are eligible for prize draw upon sharing photos of your C'est Muah order on Instagram using the #cestmuah tag. One winner will be chosen at random on the 1st day of each month by random draw performed by a computer program. if you do not claim the prize within the month of winning, the prize will be forfeited. Only one entry per person is permitted. The cupcakes must be redeemed within the month of winning. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The prize cannot be applied to past orders and cannot be backdated or redeemed for cash. Prize can be added to a current order being placed within the month of winning. C'est Muah reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to.

Emails from C'est Muah

C'est Muah may from time to time send you emails related to the C'est Muah KISSES programme and other C'est Muah promotions. By registering for the C'est Muah KISSES programme, you agree to receive such email.

Miscellaneous

There are no membership fees associated with C'est Muah KISSES. Points, Rewards, and other KISSES earned and accumulated in connection with the programme are promotional and have no cash value. Your C'est Muah KISSES account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or others. C'est Muah has the right to make the final determination of the Points, Rewards and other KISSES earned by you in its sole discretion. You may have only one C'est Muah KISSES account. C'est Muah reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in C'est Muah KISSES if C'est Muah determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, you have more than one account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. C'est Muah may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel, or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. C'est Muah also reserves the right to deactivate and make an account ineligible for the C'est Muah KISSES programme on any account that has been inactive for two consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no Points or KISSES (Birthday or FREE Items) earned. You can reactive your account by placing an order. At that time you will start earning points, visits, and KISSES (Birthday & FREE Items). The C'est Muah KISSES programme is governed by the laws of the State of California. AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAMME, YOU AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES WHICH CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN THE PARTIES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROGRAMME, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, EXCLUSIVELY BEFORE A COURT LOCATED IN CAIRO GOVERNATE. FURTHER, IN ANY SUCH DISPUTE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES, OTHER THAN YOUR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (E.G. COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING), AND YOU FURTHER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED.
